History

1983: Company founded as SATANI INDUSTRIES, establishing a specialized precision machining unit.

1988: Undertook a major facility expansion, increasing the manufacturing area to 1,050 sqm.

1990: Engineered and developed our first Special Purpose Machine (SPM), enhancing custom machining capabilities.

1998: Pioneered the adoption of advanced technology by installing our first CNC turning machine, marking a strategic shift to automated precision for the bearing industry.

2006: Diversified into the bearing segment by establishing Satani Forge & Turn. This new unit featured a dedicated forging and annealing facility with 2 conventional hot ring rolling forging lines and 9 bell-type annealing furnaces.

2008: Expanded forging production capacity by installing 2 additional forging lines for sizes up to 450mm and adding 4 more bell-type annealing furnaces.

2010: Added a new CNC turning facility within a new 4,000 sqm manufacturing unit, established as Satani Forge & Turn, Unit-2.

2012: Enhanced Unit-2's technological capabilities by integrating advanced Korean CNC machinery.

2015: Relocated and modernized SATANI INDUSTRIES, moving to a larger 4,125 sqm facility in Metoda GIDC and adopting advanced CNC technology.

2018: Adopted new, high-volume manufacturing technology with the installation of 4 Chinese CNC machining lines, launching a new division under the name  Satani Techno Rings.

2021: Designed and implemented 22 CNC automation systems (GANTORY) on existing machinery at SATANI INDUSTRIES, significantly boosting production efficiency.

2023: Committed to environmental sustainability by installing a 2.1 MW windmill unit in Fala-Jamnagar for renewable green energy for Satani Forge & Turn.

2024: Launching a state-of-the-art expansion under the new banner SATANI HOT FORMER. This includes adding 11,000 sqm of advanced forging space (8,000 sqm in Unit-1 + 3,000 sqm in Unit-2) equipped with 3 fully automated Japanese hot forging lines, 2 continuous annealing furnace lines, and 6 Korean automated CNC lines, establishing new benchmarks for quality and mass production.

2025: Executing the takeover of Deccan Bearings Limited, a listed company, by the Satani Group promoters.
